Once again, your children have the opportunity to turn their festive (or winter-themed) artwork into Christmas cards, gift tags, mugs, tote bags, wrapping paper, and more, while raising money for the school.
This Art Projects for Schools enterprise is optional, and your child’s artwork can celebrate any winter festival, not just Christmas.
🖍 Step 1: Create the Artwork
- Look out for your child’s labelled A4 heavyweight paper coming home later this week.
- Please complete the artwork before 24th October – the mid-term break is a great time to do it 🎨
Artwork tips:
• Bold, bright designs or collages work best ✨
• Leave a 2–3mm margin around the edges
• No glitter or gems⛔️
• If the image orientation isn’t obvious, draw a small arrow pointing up on the back
• Complete the label on the back (name and class) – this links your child’s artwork to their order
📆 Step 2: Return the Artwork (21st -24th Oct)
- Return completed artwork to your child’s teacher immediately after the mid-term break
- Ideally by Friday 24th October
- The final deadline for submissions is 9 am on Monday 27th October
🛍 Step 3: Order Your Items (w/c 10th Nov)
- Once the artwork has been professionally scanned and returned and not before, you can order using your child’s unique code at www.apfsorders.co.uk
- You will be notified when the shop is open for orders
- Orders can be placed until midnight on Thursday 27th November
- Feel free to share your order code with friends or family – anyone can use it to place an order
🎁 Step 4: Receive Your Orders (w/c 8th Dec)
All orders will be delivered to your child’s class between 9th–12th December and will be put in their bags for school pick-up
This year we have plenty of spare paper, so please let your class rep know if you need some!
